Chapter 155. Babyyy
Arc 8: I am a dead bird.
!!!Warning!!! This chapter contains violence, rap*, and it can make you uncomfortable. Reader’s discretion is advised.
Chen You wasn’t stupid. He knew his transformation into a human had nothing to do with the system, it was purely his man’s doing. He has the illusion that the world is teetering on the edge.
He sat on a stool, eating a box of blueberries while the man shaved his legs. The scene was incredibly beautiful!
With several blueberries stuffed in his mouth, Chen You moved his big toe, directing the slave at home, “There are a few on here too, shave them off for me.”
Chang Qin looked at Chen You’s big toe and frowned, worried about hurting him, “Just a few.”
“Uncountable,” Chen You said seriously, “I have obsessive-compulsive disorder.”
Chang Qin said, “Then shave it yourself.”
Chen You pursed his lips and leaned forward with a flattering smile, “Please help me shave. I like it when you help me shave.”
Like it, these two words have the built-in beauty function.
Chang Qin enjoyed it. After shaving Chen You’s calves, he placed his feet on his legs and bent down to shave a few hairs from his big toe. Suddenly, he heard a sigh, “Why are you sighing?”
Chen You continued eating blueberries, “Uh, my hot pot is gone.”
Chang Qin took his foot off and replaced it with another, “We’ll eat it tonight.”
Chen You said, “It’s all burnt. What the hell is there to eat!”
He noticed the man looking at him with a deep gaze, so he quickly clarified himself, blabbering away without blushing or beating his heart, “It was just a slip of the tongue. I don’t usually swear.”
Really shameless.
Chang Qin was too lazy to expose the issue, saying only, “Swearing, hmm. A foul mouth.”
Chen You glanced at the man and exhaled, “Not foul, it’s all blueberry flavor.”
Chang Qin shook his head. How could he have fallen in love with this old child with ADHD? And for several lifetimes, each one had started with curiosity and ended with love, with no life ending ever being different?
Chen You felt uncomfortable being stared at. What was going on? Had my head turned into a bird’s? Terrified, he reached out to touch it with trembling hands. No, it wasn’t a bird’s head. The nose, eyes, and mouth were all human.
After trying to hold it back for a while, Chen You couldn’t help himself anymore and asked the man, “Why are you staring at me?”
Chang Qin shaved his other foot clean, patting off any loose hairs with his palm, “I just find it fantastic.”
Chen You touched his face, “Are you saying I look fantastic now?”
Chang Qin raised his hand to pinch the bridge of his nose, “I’ve doubted your IQ many times.”
Chen You, “…” Stop talking. So far, we can still have fun firing cannon.
He heard the man say, “Put your IQ in the game, you’d be equivalent to a basic monster, instantly killed in one move.”
Well, firing the cannon is out of the question.
Chen You glared at the man. It was impressive. He’d only played a few games with him and already learned something and applied it immediately. That was why he hated dealing with people with high IQs.
They weren’t playing together at all, he was the one being played.
Chang Qin went to put away the razor, which had just been unpacked. This razor would later be used to shave Chen You’s arms and legs.
Perhaps it’s because Chen You is a big black bird, but his hair grows so fast. If he doesn’t shave for a few days, he can comb it with a wooden comb. If he doesn’t shave for another half a month, he can tie it up with a rubber band.
How should he describe his mood? It felt like he’d been screwed by the whole world.
After finishing the last blueberry, Chen You grabbed a tissue and wiped his hands, “Chang Qin, the hot pot on the table is all burnt. Did you pour it out?”
Chang Qin was cleaning the toilet seat in the bathroom, “It’s not burnt.”
“Impossible.” Chen You walked slowly to the bathroom door, “We were in the room for hours, and the pot was left on. It wouldn’t burn unless it was remotely controlled.”
He closed his mouth, his eyes widening, “No no no, no way?
Chang Qin pulled his disposable gloves up to his wrists and continued to clean the toilet, “Nothing is impossible.”
After a moment of hesitation, Chen You’s epilepsy broke out. He rushed over and threw himself on the man’s back, hugging his neck and laughing out loud, “Honey, I just like to see you being cool to the point of defying laws human and divine.”
Chang Qin was helpless, “Behave yourself.”
Chen You scratched the man’s ear and whispered, “Chen You’s man. I like you so much.”
Chang Qin raised an eyebrow, “Just like.”
Chen You immediately changed his tone, fearing a spanking, “Love, love, love, I love you. Really. You’re the only one in the whole world.”
“Toothache.”
Chang Qin gave his assessment, took the person off his back, pushed him out of the bathroom, and closed the door.
Standing at the door, Chen You snorted. Hmph! Do you think I’m blind? Why don’t you look in the mirror? Your ears are so red that I can’t watch it anymore. Do you know that you have eight-pack abs?
He put on his thick pajamas and went to the living room. The hot pot on the table was indeed not burnt. Chang Qin had not lied.
Swallowing his saliva, Chen You excitedly touched the switch of the pot and sat on a chair, waiting for the pot to boil. Then he could eat.
When Chang Qin came out, his ears were no longer red. He saw the young man waving his chopsticks and sweating profusely while eating his steamed bun, “Your butt…”
Chen You glared at him, stopping the man from continuing.
Isn’t there Old 4! With so many products, there must be something to prevent constipation. Speaking of which, Old 4 hasn’t bubbled up in a few days.
Chen You was scooping up some fragrant mutton for his man when he suddenly paused and turned to the man, “That’s not right. You don’t eat meat?”
If he hadn’t been struck by cerebral palsy, he would have remembered seeing the other person eating mutton before he turned into a human.
Chang Qin’s expression was gloomy for a while.
Chen You was too frightened to ask any more questions. He had a feeling his man was causing trouble, the system was causing trouble too, and he was the only one left standing, humming and hawing, quickly use the nunchuks! This was no fun at all.
The hot pot meal that followed was unusually quiet.
Chen You was afraid of his man, a fear that had been there since their first encounter. Don’t be fooled by his usual unreasonable behavior and throwing tantrums, that’s just superficial. Really, as long as the other party frowns or presses the corners of his lips, he will become timid.
So scared that his soul was trembling, like controlled by a remote control, and unable to control.
Chang Qin half-closed his eyelids and ate enoki mushrooms with an expressionless face.
Chen You remained silent, silently scooping up food to eat. It felt as if what he was eating wasn’t the mutton, enoki mushrooms, and tofu, but a pot of sand stuck in his stomach, causing a slight indigestion. He lay on the sofa, barely breathing.
Hearing the clatter of pots and dishes being washed in the kitchen, Chen You quickly called the system and asked, “Old 4, what’s the progress on my mission?”
System said, “I don’t know.”
Chen You was terrified, “Why? That’s not how you answered before.”
System replied, “This is the only answer I have right now. All internal data is paralyzed.”
Chen You swallowed, “So?”
System said, “So my endocrine is imbalanced.”
Chen You’s scalp tingled as he heard this, “Don’t be so sarcastic. I’m panicking.”
System said, “Just get used to it.”
“…” Shit, LaoZi can’t get used to this. Chen You stood up from the sofa, paced back and forth around the coffee table, and asked hurriedly, “Hold on! Old 4, you can’t see the progress of the task now. Is it possible that I’ve already completed it?”
System said, “Ask me?”
Chen You rolled his eyes, “What do you think?”
System said, “I don’t know.”
Chen You was speechless. Such a serious matter, and yet he got such a nonsensical answer, completely lacking any heart. He sighed and said, “Am I the only one affected? Or are all the other hosts affected as well?”
System said, “All.”
Chen You was instantly comforted. That was good. Being alone is too hard, it feels different when everyone is together. With someone to accompany him, the journey to yellow springs would be easier. He then remembered something else, “Chang Qin has always been a vegetarian.”
“Maybe he’s gotten used to stench, so he’s not as averse to meat as before. Lately, he can only eat meaty dishes. Today, he ate a lot of mutton.”
System said, “Data is paralyzed.”
Chen You didn’t understand. Could Chang Qin’s sudden desire for meat have anything to do with the data? He bent down to drink from his glass of water when a sudden thought struck him, “Chang Qin is the data?”
System said, “I don’t know.”
Chen You was about to get mad. This supposedly omnipotent system had become completely clueless, like an automated response, might as well just change the name to I don’t know. He tentatively asked, “Is Chang Qin, like me, also completing quests in every world?”
System still has those three words, one more and one less makes no difference.
Chen You was speechless.
After a while, the system’s mechanical voice sounded, its meaning unclear, “Your man is really arrogant.”
Chen You thought, yeah, he really is that arrogant. I can testify to that. It’s absolutely true, and there’s no pretense at all. He said, “Old 4, listen to me. No matter what you’re doing, I hope everyone stays in harmony and doesn’t make things worse.”
System said, “Now it’s your man who wants to play tricks.”
Chen You could hear the snarl of a psychopath driven crazy, from the monotonous mechanical voice. You mess up, I mess up, everyone messes up. In the end, at worst we’ll all be finished together, so who’s afraid of who?
So thrilling, so strange. He felt that either there was something wrong with the system or with himself.
Glancing toward the kitchen, Chen You slipped back to the balcony, fearing the man would see him and detect something on his face. Keeping his composure was harder for him than eating bird shit.
“You pray for me, and I pray for you. We pray for each other. Maybe the Almighty Lord will hear us, find it refreshing, and take care of us.”
System, “…blockhead.”
Chen You’s face twisted, and he felt like cursing. When he heard the system’s response, he was actually relieved. He thought maybe the system could still be humorous, but not social.
The question is, is calling him a blockhead humorous? Not really.
A low voice echoed from the living room, accompanied by the creaking of stacked chairs. Chen You collected his thoughts and responded to the man with, “Hey!”
Chang Qin lowered his sweater sleeves, “I’m going out for a while. You stay home.”
Chen You casually asked, “Where are you going?”
Chang Qin picked up the coat on the sofa and glanced at him after hearing this.
Chen You curled his lips, feeling strangely like a pitiful housewife, worried that his husband would go out on a date with some mistress and he would be abandoned, “Forget it.”
Chang Qin put on his coat, his long fingers working down the sleeves, buttoning each button one by one, “I’m going to meet a friend.”
Chen You asked casually, “Male or female?”
Chang Qin fastened the last button and turned to look at the young man, “Male.”
Chen You said, “Oh.”
Okay, if you don’t tell me, I won’t ask.
He sneezed, and a coat was thrown onto him. The man’s voice rang in his ears, “Wear more clothes and don’t wander around. The air conditioning is set to the right temperature, the humidifier is on, and the computer is turned on. Go play some games.”
Being treated like a child, attentively cared for, was neither good nor bad. Chen You tugged at the man’s coat sleeve, pulling it down a little to fix his collar.
Chang Qin lowered his eyes, his gaze resting on the young man’s face. The other person was always like this, so attentive to every little thing, it made him look endearing. He pulled the person into his arms and whispered, “I’ll bring you a cake when I come back.”
Chen You blurted out, “Fruit pudding.”
Chang Qin agreed, his eyes soft and gentle, and tapped his forehead lightly, “Be good.”
Chen You was wearing his pink teddy bear slippers. When the man looked over, he raised his hand and waved like a virtuous wife, “Come back soon!”
Chang Qin hummed and closed the door.
Now alone at home, the house suddenly seemed so large, even the roof seemed so much taller. Chen You rubbed the goose bumps on his arms and wondered when he could go get a puppy with Chang Qin.
Aiya, it is out of question. He’s a rather unique species now, neither human nor bird, and he can switch at any time.
What if he is a bird and is seen by a puppy? Either the puppy will be scared or he will be scared. Forget it. A harmonious family is the key to happiness.
Chen You sighed and went back to his room to play games. At this moment, apart from games, what else could save him? Absolutely nothing.
He flipped through his friend list and saw the first player, ‘No.1 under heaven is awesome’, and he was quite pleased. He thought the name he had chosen for Chang Qin was exceptionally good, tailor-made for him, and that it couldn’t be applied to anyone else. It was the perfect name for Chang Qin.
When he discovered the level behind the player’s name, his eyes nearly popped out. Holy shit, when had Chang Qin secretly leveled up without telling him? It was already maxed out!
After making sure he wasn’t seeing things, Chen You angrily threw away the mouse. Without cheat codes and the little golden feather, playing any game is asking for abuse.
Chang Qin drove to City D, got off the highway after over an hour, and arrived at his destination, a small town, in about fifty minutes. He circled the town and parked the car in front of a house.
A man dressed as a butler came out of the door, “Mr. Chang, please come in. My master has been waiting for a long time.”
Chang Qin followed the butler to the back garden, where a strikingly handsome man was playing the piano. It was freezing cold, and not even the birds were willing to come out, but he was playing with great enthusiasm, feeling as if he were above everything else, as if nothing existed.
The piano music continued for half an hour before the handsome man finally stopped, “Why are you here with me instead of staying home with your sweetheart?”
Chang Qin put his hands in the pockets of his black trousers and said, “I have a question.”
He looked around the garden, “Wu Wuwu, your that one isn’t here?”
Wu Wuwu’s expression grew a little more tender, “There’s a dinner party.”
Chang Qin’s brows twitched. He had no intention of standing here and talking. Instead, he went straight to the living room, sat on a chair, picked up the blue and white porcelain teacup, blew on the few green tea leaves floating on it, and took a sip.
Wu Wuwu raised his hand. Someone came over with a basin of water. He washed his delicate hands in the basin, then wiped them carefully with a handkerchief. His pale lips moved, “Close the door.”
The butler nearby responded and ordered the door to be closed, meaning that no one would be allowed to visit today.
Wu Wuwu walked into the living room. He sat down in a rather unconventional position, not at the top, but across from Chang Qin. Their gazes were equals. This seemingly simple, even casual, gesture held a hidden meaning, one that could not be revealed to anyone else.
“The last time you came to see me was three years ago.”
Chang Qin folded his long legs, his posture languid, a flicker of memory in his eyes, “That was before I found him.”
Wu Wuwu asked everyone, including the butler, to leave and then asked directly, “Now that you’ve found your person, what is the purpose of your visit?”
Chang Qin laughed, “You don’t know?”
Wu Wuwu’s face twisted slightly, and he remained silent.
Chang Qin tapped his index finger on the armrest of his chair and said nonchalantly, “I want him to break away from the system after this world is over.”
Wu Wuwu’s face twisted again, but this time it was no more subtle than before, and it couldn’t be concealed. He remained silent.
Chang Qin said, “He wanted to go home so badly that he kept calling for his father in his dreams. I had no choice but to help him realize his wish.”
Wu Wuwu finally spoke up, “You can pamper your little cutie, but breaking the rules is not okay.”
Chang Qin said calmly, “What are the rules?”
Wu Wuwu’s face contorted for the third time, his entire face unbearable to look at. He was talking about rules with someone who never followed them. How foolish!
Now that everything is out in the open, there’s no need to hide it any further.
Wu Wuwu stared directly at the man across from him, who was going crazy and could turn the world upside down, “Si Sisi, that person values bonuses like his life. He’s devoted a great deal of energy to your little cutie, cultivating him. It’s said that he’s even given him special treatment and given him backdoors more than once…”
The voice stopped abruptly.
Wu Wuwu noticed a change in the man’s aura, a dark and menacing one. He had a guess and half-jokingly said, “Don’t worry. Everyone has signed a life-or-death agreement, including Si Sisi. He won’t have any thoughts about your little cutie.”
Chang Qin glanced at him and said, “That would be best.”
After a few seconds of silence, Wu Wuwu said, “According to normal procedure, each host is assigned ten tasks. You want your little cutie to leave without meeting the standards? Can Si Sisi just sit there and watch? If you push him too far, he’ll bite.”
Chang Qin remained indifferent.
“Everything is completely paralyzed now.” Wu Wuwu said, “I suggest you wait and see what happens. Don’t take any further action. Otherwise, the situation will be difficult to resolve, and your little cutie will inevitably be implicated.”
Chang Qin said steadily, “I still say the same thing. Let him finish in this world.”
Wu Wuwu said, “There’s nothing I can do.”
Chang Qin picked up his teacup and drank it calmly.
Time slipped by, and the living room grew incredibly quiet. A crow flew by, but it didn’t fly away. Instead, it perched on a tree in the garden and called out, “wa——wa——”
The sound was hoarse and shrill, like the sound of a hacksaw blade ripping through wood—very uncomfortable.
Not only that, it’s also sorrowful.
Wu Wuwu suddenly stood up, and the chair behind him fell backwards with a loud noise due to his excessive movement. His forehead twitched, and he reached for the chair to pick it up.
These noises interrupted the crow’s cries outside, and within a minute, the sound came in again. Wu Wuwu’s face turned green as he called to the butler to chase the crow away.
The butler responded and did as he was told.
Soon, the garden became quiet, and so did the living room.
Wu Wuwu’s expression softened slightly. He looked at the man across from him, who was still casually drinking tea, stuck here like a god of plague. After a moment, he closed his eyes and said, “I’ll do my best.”
Chang Qin put down his teacup and said, “Thank you.”
He left after he finished speaking. His goal had been achieved, so he didn’t stay any longer to avoid annoying each other.
Wu Wuwu’s right hand gripped the base of his left hand, exerting considerable pressure, “Found love, gained affection, became a human being, but the things he does are still inhuman.”
Chang Qin paused as he stepped out of the doorway, “What did you say?”
Wu Wuwu said, “Take care! I won’t see you out.”
Chang Qin turned around, raised his head, and said, “There’s one more thing.”
“……”
Looking at the shameless man, Wu Wuwu felt the urge to ask the butler to release the dogs. Although he thought so, he didn’t actually do it. He was afraid that the house he had carefully maintained would be destroyed by him.
The days are short in winter, and before anyone knows it, the sky becomes dark.
On the other side, Cheng Mingxing came out of the hospital with a nosebleed for no reason. She didn’t pay attention to this situation at first, but after it happened more than three times, she thought it might not be a problem of internal heat, so she came for a check-up. The report will not be available until next Tuesday.
The phone in her bag rang. Cheng Mingxing took it out and saw the caller ID. Her brows furrowed as she saw it. She didn’t answer and hung up.
The phone rang again, and Cheng Mingxing hung up again.
When the phone rang again, she answered it and said impatiently, “Ma, there was a problem in the restaurant today, and I’ve been busy dealing with it. If you have nothing to do, please don’t call me again.”
If it weren’t for her position, where she needed to deal with emergencies, Cheng Mingxing would have wanted to turn off her phone.
A voice came from the other end. It wasn’t Mother Cheng, but a man, “Ms. Cheng, Ayi gave me your number so I could contact you. Did I disturb you?”
Cheng Mingxing was stunned, “Not at all.”
The man introduced himself. His last name was Wen. Wen Wen which means cultured and refined. He also said that he had already arrived at the agreed place.
Cheng Mingxing pinched the palm of her other hand to calm herself down, “There’s a traffic jam here.”
The man said sympathetically, “It’s okay. I don’t have any other plans tonight. It’s okay to wait a while. Ms. Cheng, please drive slowly.”
Cheng Mingxing wanted to say something, but the other party had already hung up. Hearing the beeping sound, she didn’t know whether to laugh or cry. This wasn’t her first blind date, but she had never encountered this type of person before. He seemed to have no temperament, but in fact, he was very opinionated.
When Cheng Mingxing arrived, she met the person on the phone. He was gentle and polite, just like his name. When he saw her walking towards the table, he politely stood up and pulled out a chair for her.
Good first impression.
When the man spoke, he would look Cheng Mingxing in the eye, so as not to give people a sense of disrespect.
Cheng Mingxing’s mind wandered, wondering what had happened in the restaurant that day. She wondered if the fight between the customers would spark malicious online comments and the impact it would have on the restaurant. She also thought about the hospital checkup, the results weren’t in yet, and she wondered if any of her health indicators were showing any abnormal fluctuations.
Wen Wen noticed the woman’s distraction and stopped commenting on the city. He simply picked up his glass, took a sip of red wine, and tilted his head to look at the window, where the woman’s figure was reflected.
Noticing the man had stopped talking, Cheng Mingxing came to her senses and smiled apologetically.
Life is so strange.
When passion is at its peak, falling in love with someone is a lifelong thing that can never be erased or replaced by anyone.
When it fades, you become numb to life, the people and things around you. Even if you meet the right person, you don’t have the urge to try. It takes a lot of courage to change the path, and you have to take the risk that this trajectory will be a dead end.
Cheng Mingxing didn’t have that courage, so she didn’t budge.
After the meal, the man and woman went in different directions, one heading west and the other heading north.
On the way, Cheng Mingxing turned to the supermarket to do some shopping. As soon as she got out of the car, her mother called, “Mingxing, your eldest JiuMa has confirmed the news. The man’s side is very pleased with you.”
Cheng Mingxing’s emotions remained calm, “Oh.”
“Oh, what?” Mother Cheng said, “What about you? What do you think? If possible, get along well with him. I’m not kidding, but that guy is really outstanding. Even if you put him next to your boss, there is not much difference.”
Cheng Mingxing pushed her cart toward the supermarket stairs, “He’s not suitable for me.”
Mother Cheng was displeased when she heard this, “Not suitable, not suitable? That’s the same answer you give me every time. Why? Is it because your ma is easy to fool? Cheng Mingxing, can you put yourself in your ma’s shoes?”
Cheng Mingxing said as she walked, “Ma, I’m at the supermarket. Let’s talk later.”
Mother Cheng was firm, “Just give me one word. Yes or no?”
Cheng Mingxing’s emotions were a little out of control, her chest heaving, and the next second she fainted.
When Cheng Mingxing woke up, she was next to the stroller. A few people watched from a distance, afraid to approach for fear of being blackmailed. Only a little girl squatted at her feet, grabbed her hand, and asked with concern, “Jiejie, are you okay?”
Cheng Mingxing said it’s fine, “Thank you.”
The little girl blinked and said, “Jiejie, are you sick? I get sick too. Every time I’m sick, my mama gives me very bitter medicine. You can drink it too. After you finish drinking it, you’ll be cured.”
Cheng Mingxing was about to speak when a middle-aged man came over and took the little girl away.
If the little girl hadn’t called out baba, one could easily mistake the middle-aged man for someone with ill intent.
Cheng Mingxing pressed her temples, stood up, and patted her black jacket. She hadn’t eaten much at dinner tonight, and fainted probably because of low blood sugar. She was thinking of buying a few boxes of chocolates.
The supermarket was next to xx Square. Cheng Mingxing stumbled upon a figure and recognized it as the man named Zhang Zhi, feeling somewhat surprised.
Zhang Zhi also spotted Cheng Mingxing and, from a distance, grinned and greeted her, “Mingxing Jie, what a coincidence.”
Cheng Mingxing had no good feelings towards this person. She gave a lukewarm hmm and pushed her cart across the shelves to another area. She heard footsteps behind her, the person was following her.
“Mingxing Jie, I haven’t seen Mingtian all day today, and I can’t get through on the phone. Do you know where he is?”
“Not sure.”
Cheng Mingxing was about to leave when a cart came over and blocked her way.
Zhang Zhi smiled and said, “Mingxing Jie, the thing is, I’ve been having some misunderstandings with Mingtian lately. I wonder if you have time to listen to a thing or two from me?”
Cheng Mingxing’s expression changed slightly, it looked like she wouldn’t be able to get rid of him anytime soon.
At this moment, Cheng Mingtian was in the villa. To be exact, he had already been there, but had been staying outside. Now he had gone inside.
The lights were on in the villa.
Chen You was playing with his team, wearing a microphone. He was too lazy to talk and the others didn’t make a fuss. Maybe they thought his operation was super awesome and that he was a low-key and unfathomable boss.
Chen You was so focused on playing the game that he didn’t notice someone standing at the door.
Cheng Mingtian was watching from behind, his face grim. He had watched the man’s car leave, thinking the villa was deserted. He had originally planned to sneak in, see what the man’s living place looked like, have sex with him on his bed, and then leave. He had no idea he would see the young man.
After not seeing each other for a few months, he thought the young man had been dumped long ago. Who knew he was completely wrong? The young man was living in the man’s house and was doing well.
So Cheng Mingtian couldn’t help but walk into the bedroom.
After a brief moment of daze, he realized his situation was dire and slipped out the same way he had come before being discovered.
Cheng Mingtian hid in a corner, logged onto a dating forum with his phone and posted a message about feeling lonely and empty, feeling cold in winter, and wanting a Gege to warm his bed.
He also said any number would be fine, and also wrote down the address, which was the location of the villa.
At the end of the post, Cheng Mingtian described the young man’s appearance and the clothes he was wearing in detail.
【The door is closed, I will play with whoever can come in from outside.】
After writing and posting the disgusting post, Cheng Mingtian couldn’t help but retch. He frequented this forum and knew some people liked this kind of thing.
Those people are usually not kind, they are willing to kill others, and have strange habits.
Soon, someone added the small account he had just registered, and he easily teased them and settled it.
After flirting with six people, Cheng Mingtian held his phone in his hand. The blue light from the screen made his youthful, childish face look somewhat sinister.
He glanced at the lighted room in the villa and said, you’ll feel good later.
After Chen You finished a round of fighting, he got up and went to the bathroom. When he came out, he heard a noise in the living room.
His first reaction was that Chang Qin was back.
Chen You walked out of the bedroom and found that the lights in the living room were not on. He immediately had a bad feeling.
Oh shit, there’s a thief in the house.
Chang Qin, you big idiot! Don’t you know that it’s almost Chinese New Year and all these thieves are running out from all corners of the world because they need money?!
Chen You stepped back, a laugh echoing in his ears, “Babyyy, I found you.”
Fuck, what the hell?
Chen You was embraced by a pair of arms, and the man’s breath rose to him, partly the scent of betel nut and partly perfume.
His stomach churned and he felt like vomiting.
As luck would have it, another person came to the balcony and also started calling out ‘baby’.
He doesn’t know where this opening line came from.
What’s even more terrifying is that the two of them started messing right away.
It seemed as if Chen You was already very familiar with them.
Chen You was pinned down, unable to move. He wished he could turn into a dead bird and fly away. He frantically called the system in his mind.
“What should I do? I’m surrounded by two men, and they’re biting my neck.”
“The mission target is coming home soon.”
When Chen You heard that Chang Qin was coming back, he felt less panicked.
As a result, before Chang Qin returned, there were four more people in the house, making a total of six.
Six is a good number, it means everything goes smoothly.
Chen You had a mouthful of blood stuck in his throat. While the six men were arguing over who would start first and how, he pushed the man on top of him hard and ran away, rushing into the bedroom like the wind and locking the door.
Leaning against the door, Chen You was terrified. Fuck, fuck, fuck, he almost got assaulted by a group of people.
Who the hell is messing with him?
Someone must be causing trouble. Those guys aren’t thieves. They broke in with a clear purpose, just to screw up! To screw up! To screw up!
Like who has communicated with them, set a time and place, to come and play together.
Chen You slapped himself to calm himself down. It’s okay, it’s okay. Don’t be afraid.
The villa has surveillance cameras, so they can tell who has been there.
When the time comes, Chang Qin will take action without him saying anything.
The six men outside stared at each other in amazement. They were all captivated by the beautiful young man. How could they possibly leave like that?
They kicked the door at the same time.
Chen You used his body to push against them, one man against six. Cold sweat broke out on his forehead, and he felt powerless.
After only a dozen seconds of stalemate, a powerful force slammed the door open, sending Chen You sprawling forward.
A hand grabbed Chen You from behind, and he was pulled into a man’s arms, “Don’t be afraid, baby. Gege will take good care of you.”
Chen You had a look of suffering on his face.
The others were all laughing, thinking Chen You was doing this on purpose just to provoke some excitement.
“Okay, all Gege are here at the appointed time. We know you have a big appetite and are good at playing. Let’s go play some games together.”
The hand on his face didn’t move away and kept pinching him maliciously. Chen You felt disgusted and started to curse, “Play your mom!”
A slap came over, and Chen You saw stars. His face was deformed by the pinching, “It seems that the baby can’t wait any longer.”
Chen You was dragged to the living room.
The sound of the key turning in the door lock is only clear in silence. In the chaos, it will be blurred and negligible.
Chang Qin returned and saw several strangers in the living room. There was a foot wearing pink socks on the carpet.
Two pink teddy bear slippers were left on a potted plant.
The hand holding the key tightened, and the murderous and bloodthirsty feeling deep within Chang Qin’s soul suddenly erupted, filling the entire living room at a terrifying speed.
Danger loomed, and several men stopped their movements simultaneously. They looked back and saw a strange man.
Another one?
“Dude, just wait on the side.”
Chang Qin’s face was expressionless, and his eyes were blank.
Several men shuddered inexplicably, “No way! Could you have come to the wrong place?”
One of them pulled the person off the ground and said, “This prey is ours.”
Chen You’s scalp was hurting from being pulled. He was about to curse with his bleeding mouth wide open when he saw his man.
Their eyes met. Chen You did nothing when he was beaten, but now his eyes were red. He tried hard to hold back his tears.
Chang Qin glanced at the young man and saw that his pajamas were in disarray, with marks visible in several places.
The low pressure in the living room was terrifying.
Seeing the strange man standing there without saying a word, those people felt even more frightened and felt a chill on their backs.
They exchanged glances and went up together to take care of the extra ones first.
Besides, this one is very manly, so they are interested.
Chang Qin grabbed a man by the collar, picked up a valuable vase nearby, and smashed it against the man’s head.
There was a bang, like the sound of death approaching.
The remaining few people’s faces turned pale.
They didn’t know each other, but they often played like this. At most, they didn’t pay attention when they mess around, and left the other person half dead.
This bloody scene tonight is the first time they’ve encountered it.
Chang Qin threw the man he was holding to the ground and kicked the other man in the abdomen.
Those people went blank for a while, then pulled up their clothes and pants to leave.
But no one left.
Chen You widened his eyes, and in his pupils he saw the man’s anger and brutality.
Absolute madness.
In his mind, some bloody fragments emerged, slowly piecing together the man he was today.
Not sure how long it took, but all the sounds disappeared.
There was blood on the man’s shoes and pants. Several people lay on the ground, their lives or deaths unknown.
Chen You jumped over a few people on the ground, ran up to the man, and asked if he was hurt.
Chang Qin’s eyes were bloodshot, “Are you okay?”
Chen You said he is fine.
Chang Qin touched Chen You’s hair and saw the bruises on his ears, face, and neck. His face grimaced for a moment and he said, “I’m glad you’re okay.”
Chen You’s nose stung and he burst into tears, “I don’t know what happened. I was just playing a game on the computer, and when I came out I heard some noises. I thought it was you who came back, and I noticed a stranger in the house.”
He spoke incoherently, recounting the entire story, his tears streaming down his face.
Chang Qin just kept repeating, “It’s okay.”
Chen You was stunned. The man wasn’t talking to him, but to himself.
He noticed that the man’s fingertips were trembling, and there was suppressed emotion in his throat, not only anger, but also fear.
After a while, Chang Qin asked Chen You to go back to the shower. He made a phone call, asking someone to come deal with the people on the ground, and then went to check the surveillance footage.
